Benefits of drinking lemon juice with warm water

About three  months ago, I started  drinking first thing in the morning  the juice of one or two lemons squeezed into a tall glass of warm water – as a daily ritual.

I recommend.

Here are some of the benefits of lemon juice with warm water.

  • helps cleanse the liver
  • helps protect the body against deficiency in immune system.
  • helps reduce inflammation in joints
  • helps stop constipation
  • reduced acidity in the body, including joints
  • rich in vitamin C
  • supports cleansing of colon (large intestine)
  • supports clear complexion, eyes and skin tone.
